I worked for them for a very short period of time. The two criminals running the show, (Keith and George) should be taken out and horsewhipped for duping the public into believing that they can help them. They prey upon people who are scared out of their wits by the credit card companies - which are also run by more nasty criminals - all rotten peas in a pod! I am embarrassed that three people I contacted were taken in by this scam. Fortunately after I left, I was able to contact other potential clients who sounded interested and tell them to stay away from this awful group. The arrogance, ignorance, and pure greed of Keith and George were terrible things to behold. Like most arrogant people, they are both so incredibly stupid!

The only good thing that came out of it for me was that I met a few truly nice coworkers who were duped as much as I was. We were just trying to help people get out of debt in the most painless way possible. Once we saw the handwriting on the wall, we left. That place has the highest attrition rate of employees I have ever seen.

I urge anyone who has been scammed and/or contacted by this group of shylocks to contact the attorney general in their state, because the call list Liberty uses has numbers of potential hapless victims in every state of the union. There may be legitimate services that do this kind of work in an honest and ethical manner, but Liberty Settlements is not one of them! If you are contacted by anyone associate with them, hang up immediately. Better yet, if you are on a "Do not call" list, report them so they can be fined big fat fines!

ATTENTION - Update!!! As of about a week ago, George from Liberty left and opened up his own little shop of horrors doing the same "debt settlement" scam. I don't know the name of the place yet, but if I find out, I will post it to this website.
