An agent called me from a company and told me I was eligible for a credit limit of 2,500.00 with their company. After hearing the agent out I told her I was not interested then they kept calling 4 and 5 times a day so, reluctantly I agreed to apply for a credit card with this company.

Thinking I was getting a credit card I could use in stores and get cash advances on (because that's what I was told over the phone) I received the card within 3wks after they took 250.00 out of my checking acct. And when I seen the card I thought "this will be nice I can pay things off for my wedding" I opened it and there was something different about it.

The card had no strip on it and no place for my signature so I thought maybe its a temporary card, but when I called they said "you have a credit limit of 2500.00 dollars and you buy anything on OUR website and I asked nicely can I cancel this card and get my money back and they said "you can cancel, but you would not get your money back" and I asked why wouldn't I get my money back I have never used the acct. I just received the card and I have no use for it, I can not use it any where except on your website what good is that. So finally with a huge attittude she canceled my card after being on the phone for at least 1/2 hr with them.
