Thieves Have Stolen My Savings and Run for Cover. They have vanished!

I have been ripped badly. The mongrels are too gutless to make a contact available for an explanation even. All I have is a pathetic explanation that more avenues of profit (schemes are being looked into) and the the bad publicity is undue. Bull... T! Please see below what i attempted to sent to their attached email address, only to be returned as failed attempt;

My name is %and I was kept in constant contact with a sales person from AFL Arbitrage named Lisa who finally convinced me to invest hard earned savings to the tune of in excess of $13,000.00 AU. I have since had no contact back except letters informing me of a miserable performance far removed from the highly bloated expectations indicated to me initially. I feel gutted and rightfully so since the last indicator was less than $2,000.00 for investment / bets on a system that quote; 'cannot fail'. I thank you for your letter of acknowledgement of the situation, and looking into "New Programmes" might sound OK to you but now I somehow have NO Faith in these programmes. They "should" work but I suspect sculduggery and underhanded activity in the ranks. I would prefer my money back.

As for Bad Publicity one can not blame the public for AFL Arbitrage's extremely poor performance and hence bad reports. "Patience and Understanding"? Well, the patience walked out the door and that is all I understand other than I've been ripped off badly (or well done by the receiver). Not happy and not impressed!
