They were rude, misleading

My name is clettie, ihave been with this bank for over 19 years. When i was working they treated me real nice, but when i lost my job i was treated like a dog. I fell behind on payments because loss of job got behind, but always got caught up, went in to get loans refianced talk to cathy newkirk she said no problem. A couple a days latter she informned me i need to talk to DARREN HENERY, he was so rude to me, that i couldnt sleep for 3 days. He told me he had no time for me and my problems, as if i was nobody, after 19 years of service.

Im finding im not the only one they done this to, if you have had a problem with this bank please contact clettie (REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES) if you do business with this bank and lose your job i fill sorry for you
