Unauthorized charges

I ended my Yahoo Personals account sometime before. Works out, they’ve been getting me since, in a price of $49.95 per quarter. That’s $200 annually for anything I've not utilized and also have no-interest in. The final period they delivered mean email saying they were going to restore my membership, I went in and ended. I've not gotten any more such emails from their store, however they've incurred me quarterly. Like a matteroffact, I'd to document an neglect problem together 21/2 years back. The “man” who had been calling me ended up to be always a Nigerian Fraud [luckily I’m not naive enough to possess dropped any $ on that]! It might seem flaky that used to do not discover these costs faster, but I had been on “paperless” claims from my charge card, plus I’ve been fighting Breastcancer for all weeks. Obviously, I've not been thinking about relationship since I have was identified, and being not able to function, I can't afford these costs

After I approached Google to try and obtain a reimbursement, I obtained nowhere having a consultant who repeated exactly the same “I’m so sorry/I am aware why you’re upset” software repeatedly again. I'm publishing this to alert others, in addition to to hopefully acquire some recommendations where you can proceed from below. Perhaps a Class-Action suit?
