National City is stealing your money in unlawful Overdraft Fees. You can read my eariler report. I have been calling the bank for 3 days now and guess what, no supervisor is available. What? Is he or she on a long lunch break with our dollors? Let me speak with a manager, vp, president, ceo, anyone who can help. Well, you must follow the chain of command Mrs.*. You must speak to a supervisor! Duh, been trying to find one for 3 days, Left 3 messages for it to call me! Well, I am sorry Mrs.*but you have to follow the chain of command. Are you a computer? I asked. No, but you must follow the change of command, WTF is this lady, wheres the supervisor? Not available, but I can take your number and have it call you, but I left my number 3 times. Well... Blah, blah. I am so tired of this stupid bank. People, I have been reading all these reviews, We need to get all the people we know and stop them from banking here. You can file a complaint with the OCC (office of the Controller of Currency), Also, there is one person who wrote about trying to get a class action law suit, now there's a idea. Maybe we all can get our money back or at least some of it. They are ripping people off left and right! Never do you get an answer, really. The policies and prcedures are well floating lets say. I hate this bank and all the dummies that work there. I have never had such problems and by reading this I see I am not the only one, we all can't be at fault. They are liars and stealers!!!
