Called back after the 21 days. Was put on hold for one hour, but I waited them out and was told it had been mailed. Still nothing after another week.

Called again and told them I knew it was a scam. Asked for the lady's name that I was talking to and was told Tammy. When I asked for her last name she refused to give it to me. I told her that I knew this was a scam and she assurred me that it is not a scam. She said my 21 days had just passed because they do not count weekends and holidays. I told her I found a complaint on them and I would file a suit against them. She said to please give them another week and had the nerve to tell me to have a nice day!
