Late charges and over limit charges

Predatory charges on customers accts. Capitol one will charge a customer if their payment is recieved after their due date.in my case on several occasions. My balance is just below the limit. Ill send out the payment in my case 74.00. Three or four days befor the due date. Example mailed july 7th due the 10th 3days prior to due date. Its only traveling one state over. I cant control the mail. Regardless if a consumer has theirs post marked before the due date and they recieve it the next day the post mark dont matter even though one sent it out prior to the due date. They charge you a 39.00 late fee and a 39.00 over the limit fee. So now one is over their limit and has a late fee to boot. So now your pymt counts for nothing and you are 4.00 in the ditch. You pymt has counted for nothing.

They get you every time in the mail there has to be some grace time for the mail otherwise they make millions off the payees in late charges unwarranted. The consumer has done their best to make their payment on time.By mailing before the due date. Maybe some people like giving them free money not me. The only ones who can stop this is you state or federal officials.By instituting a grace peroid like they used to give in the old days.in conclusion I WOULD LIKE TO SEE SOME FEED BACK if people are tired of speaking to someone in a country that cant speak or understand the english language. Which exasperates the problem one called in the first place to resolve. Respectfully another ripped off consumer.
