Rude, vulgar, underhanded

We have received letters nine months apart on behalf of CACH, LLC from Trauner, Cohen, Thomas Attorneys at Law and also from Pentagroup Financial, LLC both on behalf of CACH, LLC. Who seemed to be trying to collect a debt from my husband on a Chase card. (My husband has never had a Chase card) We sent debt validation letters to both law firms and recieved nothing in return.

All contact from them besides the original letters was in the form of nasty, rude, and vulgar phone calls. They threatened to take the money from his rear (in much uglier terms) and told him he would be fired from his job, I would be fired from my job (his wife). They called his mother telling her he would be fired. We would receive numerous phone calls per day, day after day. Soon after the debt validation letters were sent the phone calls would stop for awhile, but no response validating the debt.in a few months it would start over under a different name.

Now 7 months later my husband was served with papers to file in court for a judgement. This came from a third law office-Andrew Marancik. The person i have spoken to there a few times, Chris Russo, has not been able to carry on a conversation below a scream including numerous cuss words along with it. I never received a letter from this law firm, just phone calls without identifying their name, until the court papers were served.

Someone needs to stop these people. How can so called law firms treat people this way? Can they get away with their sneaky tactics to trick and scare someone into paying money they don't owe?
