I buy into the criticism against GEMB/BELK dated 4-29-08 about fraud updates to Trans-Union Credit company in addition to Equifax & Eperian companies.

I've NEVER had this charge card. It's & was my ex wifes' however I get documented for having poor credit & bad credit repeorts & ratings. BELK actually directed me a notice having said that they removed it from my documents but I'm NEVERTHELESS receiving poor repeorts & it NEVERTHELESS turns up on my credit repeorts after receing a notice from GEMB/BELK...
