Edmonton State Bank
This bank has the worst customer service and policies, EVER!

We deposited a clients check for $40,000 on July 1st. Then they told us we could have access to only $5,000 which would clear on the 11th of July, 8 business days later. The other $35,000 would be released on the 18th. On the 18th, (Friday) we went to the bank for the other $35,000 only to be told the funds would be released at midnight, so we would have to wait until Monday to get the money.

This is ridiculous! We consulted with other banks and they told us in 3 to 5 days at their banks we would have access to ALL the money!

We are closing our account ASAP. I recommend you stay away from this bank!
