Imperial consumer services ripoff

I recieved a call from ICS and I to was told I would recieve a package. Well 3 weeks later they have my money and I have nothing. This is all happening 2 weeks before Christmas.

They told me I would recieve a credit card of $2000 to $2500, They sent me nothing no Visa, no Master card. They wont answer my phone calls, They wont call me back. I am calling the Better Business Bureau on these people.

I will not rest till these people are out of business if a business is what you can call them. These people took this 258.00 from me but most of all they took Christmas now from my six children!!!
