They are not willing to help homeowners

I am a foreclosure counsellor in Las Vegas Nevada.

I have been working with some clients from ASC; I have had more problems with this Service then any other.

They don’t care about the consumer. They don’t even care about the investor.investors look out for ASC they are not in your best interest. The home owners in Las Vegas have no hope; ASC is refusing to modified Loans with Principal reductions, in some cases this is the only way to make the homeowner be able to afford the house once a gain do, to the high payment and past due balances. ASC rather see the house go in to foreclosure and left vacant, with easy access for vandalism, property deterioration, high attorney fees and extremely high client deficiency balances. To me it just doesn’t add up there are more cons then pros to the foreclosure mess. Why not help your self and on the way you also help the home owner, loose less on both sides. Servicers stop and think, talk to your investor, make the right choices for everyone. I know is all about the money, so stop and take the right action for your self. And feel better when you go home, Keep the home owners in their homes if you can, you will save your self from the worse to come. Remember this is a chain reaction; this will touch you (ASC) the more foreclosures you have the less chances you have of staying in business. Rethink; Rewrite your policies and procedures for the better of all fellow Americans.
