Former employee, fired for being too nice

Worked there for about two months. Was fired for being too nice??? Basically i worked in the retention. This department is for those of you who decide to cancel your card. We are trained to coerce you into keeping them. When we persuaded you and you kept the card, it was called a stroke, ie we stroked your ego and kissed a* and made you stay. My checks were bigger if i lied and kissed up more... Never have a card with these people. We were taught to lie and cheat to up our paychecks. And i was fired because i wasnt firm enough... Go figure.
