Ocwen has made my life miserable. I had a mortgage with them, they were not my original lender, they bought my mortgage, i fell behind due to unforseen circumstances, and called them to make payment arrangements, i was 2000 behind, i paid them 1000 up front, and they raised my mortgage from 450 to 780 month, i was under the assumption that at the end of 18 months, that i would be caught up and my mortgage payment would go back to the original amount, it did not, at the end of 18 months, they had attached so many fees and penalties that i owed them 6000.. Which is even more than i originally owed them. They would not enter into another agreement, they said that one of my payments was a few days late and would not do another agreement. They wanted the 6000 or they would start foreclosure... I didnt have the 6000 so they foreclosed on my house. I tried to work with them, i did everything they wanted and they still screwed me. I think they have sold my house, but i havent heard anything from them, all i know is they stopped their harassment of me, my credit is ruined, i cant buy another house, i cant even have children because my husband and i need to use in vitro, and no one will give us a loan to have it done because ocwen ruined my credit... They crushed my world. If anyone in PA is organizing a class action against them, please contact me, i have every bit of information they ever sent me. I have read what they have done to other people and it makes me sick to think they have ruined mine and so many other peoples lives, and nothing has been done. Please... Contact me... Maybe if we all stick together something will be done
