Obtained the services of Roni Lynn Deutch. You know you are hiring a bunch of non professionals when they can't even get a package to you to the correct address provided or sent on time. Told them to send "their package" to my address via over night was never received called to be told that it would be received in a week as it went out in regular mail.

Second they completely did not respond nor notify the IRS that they would be representing me and they missed a reply date to the IRS.

Next I received a copy of the very same letter I had sent them from the IRS with a copy of a letter from one of RLD's attorneys: The letter which was completely untrue stated that the IRS was raising the penalty and interest on me my case. Facts will show that the letter was a question as to whether I agreed to owing any taxes or not and if so to contact them. Have copy of letter for all to see. The letter was sent to me I sent Bozzo's Inc i.E. RLD and the letter never stated at all they were raising my fines or penalties. Fact letter did not state any of that yet here is a two page letter from a supposed attorney telling me what a fifth grader could read to be totally untrue.

Final straw received a call from a Scott Jecedum who told me I was late on my payment plan. Payment was due on the 18th yet cell phone records will show his call on the 16th he told me that he was cancelling my services with the firm that I would not be getting a refund.

Fact paid $500 deposit. Received bogus letter mistating all facts concerning case received multiple calls from Bozzos interrupting work to introduce themselves yet nothing was ever done other than to send me a letter which was untrue. Let us not forget the multiple letters you receive reminding you to pay them. For the two weeks they were"misrepresenting me" I received more than a dozen pieces of junk mail all of which were form letters reminding me to pay them or send them any mail from the IRS etc. I even received a bill in June that billed me for services performed in July. Isn't that a neat trick not only can they handle the IRS but they can time travel as well.

Bottom line is I hav received several letters stating that "I" cancelled my contract and am not entitled to a refund.

I have contacted the IRS and resolved the issue myself at no expense. The IRS is reasonable these people at RLD are not and are total scammers and frauds.
