False insurance claim with company

Back in July I found/bought a car through Smart Cars in Las Vegas, NV. It's a 1995 Lexus and it is a good car, even now it is still doing the right with no compliants. But, the process with County Financial Services for me to take the car off the lot gave me such an incredible headache.

The first moment I felt that something was wrong was when I receeived a letter stating that i didn't have complete coverage on the car before leaving the lot. County was going to charge me an extra $75 for their "Loss Damage Waiver". Well, I blew up into a rage and call them back to give them a piece of my mind. Of course, noone answered the phone, so I left a very strong voicemail that would make Timothy McVeigh proud.

At this time, i still cannot talk to a person unless put on hold for a long time. I felt that inside this place is a scam to be had. I do not how I can go about getting another bank to take my loan for car payments.

At all cost, do not use County Financial Services in Anaheim, ca, for anything, it will get you and ruin your credit.
