Rude, offensive, belittling, lied about the law

I have had one nice person from this company contact me. The others have been very rude. Today was the last straw. I've told them on numerous occasions that I have severe chronic depression that started over finances. I've explained that I'm on workers comp for an injury I had at work and can't even make my rent payments let alone pay them off. I've told them I'll pay it as soon as I am able.
Today a woman belittled me by telling me to ask my mommy for the money (I'm in my 50's.) She even wanted me to write a check, even after I explained it would bounce. She wouldn't let me talk, just kept interrupting me.
When I told her that I wanted the address because I would be writing a letter telling them not to contact me by phone any longer (which my doctor recommended,) she refused to give it to me. She lied and said it would not stop her.
I have friends in collections. They do not have to be rude. This woman was evil. FRA management should feel ashamed for hiring these kind of people.
