Misleading phone message July 7, from this Law Firm, actually trying to track a bad credit customer for Master Card. The person they seek, is SO not me! Caller was Rachael Stewart, but I actually spoke to Rich Lechner.
They've got the Wrong name, address, social, etc. They never believe you and will call over and over... Is it so hard to find the correct person? My home listing isn't even in the name they are seeking, so how do they call me in the first place?
I'm keeping a log of these calls, and sending a letter from our law firm that IF they continue to contact me, legal action will ensue.
Guess I need to look into the FDCPA for guidelines?
