Unauthorized charge

This company placed a charge of $69.97 on our credit card. This charge was placed on our card on 5/25/08. The dates the other complaints refer to is around the same time. Some are the exact same date. How is that possible. We have never heard of them nor have we ever purchased anything from them. There are already several complaints on http://usashameboard.com and ripoffreports.com. These individuals do not answer their phones. I have been on hold for over two hours trying to talk to someone to find out what is going on.

It appears that these people have been able to access financial information and have been placing fraudulent charges on cardholders accounts.
