Reports a collection attempt for Verizon West South Res. And Alltel! I Never had eithe

I recieved 2 collection letters from them. I called and was yelled at and hung up on. I have a verizon wireless account here in Az. Which I transfered from Ca. It is in good standing. When I got Verizon it was my 1st cell phone account of my own previous employer furnished one. Alltell I had not heard of until I got this letter. I got my credit report in March and these were not on it. I am not paying or giving any information to this suppossed collection agency. I asked for a phone number to dispute these claims and this is when I was yelled at.
