Calling my 10 year old daughters cell phone to collect a debt

I am disabeled and had brain surgery. My ex-father-in-law purchased cell phones for my 10 year old daughter and myself for emergencies only. When my daughter was at an amusment park a creditor called her cell phone several times. She called me and told me about it and she was crying and scared. I asked her for the phone number and she gave it to me. I called them immediately. I told them not to call that number again because she's only 10 years old. They responded what is a 10 year old doing with a cell phone. I asked them who they were and they replied they were looking for me but said a different last name. I told them I am disabeled and only receive a small amount of social security disability. They responded well u get a check on the third or the 15th of each month, pay us 400 dollars then and 400 dollars next month. I told them I don't have it because I have to survive. They responded..."Tell the judge your sob story" just give us the money. I once again asked for more details about the account and for their address they refuse to tell me anything except to "talk to the judge". I had to see my doctor because my headaches started again and I had to take my daughters cell phone away because of them calling and I won't let her leave the house without me! Does anyone out there have any suggestions? I can't find their address on the internet, I tried through intelius search but still no luck... Please help me!!
