Ripoff big time consumer fraud ripoff

Early in August I recieved a phone call from Premier one telling me they had a mastercard in my name approved at no interest for life on it all I needed to do was pay $175. Up front and I would have a $2500. Credit limit.

It was about a month I recieved this packet in the mail saying I would be recieving my mastercard soon. I waited 2 weeks and called them.

They said it must have gotten lost in the mail and that they would send a new one immediately. I should be recieving it within 3 weeks.

Well it's been 2 months since then and no card, and I can't even get a hold of anyone by phone it's always busy the 5 or 6 times I've tried to call.
