Sale Money Held a Month Until Attorney General Office Contacted

In April I listed some micrometers on eBay for sale. They were purchased, and PayPal held up my money for about 1 month. There were no problems, except how PayPal does business. After 3 phone calls to PayPal with no results, I contacted the Attorney General's Office in Lincoln, NE, with the paperwork required. They have a full-time staff that only handles complaints about PayPal. A few days later I got my money. PayPal's fees are atrocious.
