This company sent a mailer to my sone for a low finance charge credit card. He began the sign up process using his mother's checking account number, however cancelled the transaction never completing the registration. Before the end of that day Low Pay Inc. Had taken $79.00 out of his mother's bank account.

Evidently this is their modus operandi, take a little and then a little more but not enought at one time to be a felony. Checking the internet you will find they have done this numerous other people.

I will be contacting the California District Attorney
