Over $3,000 in Continuous Overdraft Fees, Small Claims Suit Planned

I have had numerous problems with Wells Fargo. I have only been with them for a year and it has been the worst. I have had OVER 3k taken out in continuous overdraft fees. The customer service is the worst especially on the "executive level" and I can get through to no one. I sent a letter to one of the VP's and I have not received a response as of yet, and it has been over 2 months. I am filing my suit in small claims court and we shall let the just decided this matter.

If there is a lawyer out there that is willing to do a class action lawsuit please contact me. I am also contacting the major media outlets about my situation. This is utterly ridiculous.
