What started out to be a 7% loan quickly turned into a 11.770% loan for a new roof on my house, I am a disabled single parent.in 12 years I have never been late on a house note until now. I was promised a refi in a few months to a much lower rate, which would never happen! They closed their doors less than 2 months later.

We are a low income family who's "American Dream" has turned into the worst nightmare imaginable, it's like a slow and agonizing robbery of your life and financial well being! The house note now makes my debt to ratio to high and they have ruined my credit as well. Seems to me we all need a class action law suit as these people are nothing but scam artists and liars! My children and I will have no place to go once they foreclose.
