Credit card ripoff. Attition: people what ever you do dont fool with rewards660

This company is a ripoff no lie. When i first recieved my card, customer service told me that in oder to use the card i must first pay an annual fee an account fee, program fee, and a monthly participation fee which total out to be 250.00. Me trying to start out right i posted a payment on 5/19 which didnt clear on that date so i called to see what was going on they claim to not know why the payment has not cleared apologized and took another payment over the phone. Well the very next day the company went back into my account and took an extra 250.00 then placed a hold on my card claiming that because i was making such large payments my account was sent to the fraud department who might i add so called didnt have a contact number. But was giving me a shit load of things to do in oder to release the hold. I had to send a copy of my debit card front and back alone with a copy of my picture id and my very last bank statement. So when i did they told me it took 48 hours to receive any fax, but later that day they recieved it and told me the card was to dark they couldnt read the numbers and this has been going on for two months now i've done all i can to get them all the shit they need but yet and still my cards on hold i'm out of 500.00 now you tell me who is the one fraud here?
