Sam's Club / GE Money Bank Credit line illegallty sold to third party after settlement

I had an credit card for Sam's Club through GE Money Bank. After finacial difficulties this account ended up being put into collections and GE Money Bank hired Blatt, Hasenmiller, Leibsker & Moore LLC to collect on the debt. 50% of that debt was late fee's and intrest. I was served by the sheriff in November to appear and I contacted Blatt, Hasenmiller, Leibsker & Moore LLC and was offered a out of court settlement for the amount of $859.87. I accepted the settlement and paid via money order on 11/24/06. I received a settlement letter from the attorney and considered the ordeal over. On 6/07 GE Money bank then sold my loan to a third party LVNV Funding who has been trying with five diffrent attorneys to collect the balance that was just over $90, each time I fax the settlement letter to their attorney and the attorney apoligizes and a few months later yet another attorney sends me a demand letter. They continue to add on fee's and it is now up to $214.47. I was told by GE Money bank that a mistake was made in there coding causing them to illigally sell the loan after the settlement however there is nothing they can do since they no longer own the loan. I am being told by LVNV Funding that there is nothing that they could do becuase GE Money sold them the loan illigally. No one will remove this mess from my credit reports or stop the collection.
