On May 11, My son and I went to Bradley Chevrolet in Parker, Arizona. I bought a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox in good faith.

I had trouble with the car pulling to the right on the way home. Thinking it was the road or maybe me not being use to it yet. After I arrived home my son and I was going thru EVERYTHING checking things out. Found a crumpled up piece of paper under the spare tire from Hertz Rental from Salt Lake, Utah.

I was told this car had been gone thu thourghly and completely inspected. I found out I had been lied to.

I have a two page letter I sent to Bank of the West about this LEMON I bought.

I was notified about auctioning off the car in January and I would have to pay the difference. After receiving the sell of the car for $12,000.00. I called Michelle Molina and she said, "I still owe $11,000.00 after the car sold for $12,000.00, which is all the car was worth."
