Ripoff can't contact them

Consumer First's advertisement was mailed to me and sounded good. I believed them, sent the $45 they asked for in the ad. To date I have not received my card (but they have cashed my check), nor can I find any way to contact them. Because I wrote a check, my bank won't reverse the charges.
