Bankruptcy professionals? Ha, i could've done better going it alone

Me and my wife recently within the last few monthes used a women named connie who runs and owns the company bankruptcies r us and have had the most horrible expierience. It all started out when were referred to her she seemed like she knew what she was doing but there was something shady to her from the gitgo. She set up our bankruptcy after we handed over a total of $850 to her in good faith that we were getting what we needed. But come to find out she totally messed the whole thing up and we basically had no one to represent ourselves but ourselves. We went in to the court to get everything done and our trustee who was handling everything that day basically tore up my wife who knows nothing about bankruptcy and then when it came time to fix up the mistakes we got nothing but the runaround from connie. When I went to her house to get everything fixed she made nothing but snobby remarks and acted like it was all me and my wifes fault even though most or all they info givin was entered wrong by her and her assistant not us. How is this in any way our fault? We trusted her to be the professional in helping us with this legal matter and we were totally let down in everyway so hopefully someone will shut her down so no one else has to expierience this horrible practice of hers and pay to have to pay again im in this mess now for $3000 and could've just hired a lawyer for half of that and not dealt with this un-needed stress. If anyone here ever thinks to go with bankruptcies r us you better just think again.
