Appraisal inflated 60,000!

When we moved into our home I had no clue that we would be able to put so much debt on the house. Low and behold it happened! Our mortgage broker said he had the right guy and the right company for our loan. We even went with an interest only loan to keep the payments where we could afford them. The loan should have never been made with that much debt put on the house.

It is a 2400 sq. Ft. Home with over 300,000 in mortgages on it.instead of one loan, we were told it would look better if we had a 1st and a 2nd mortgage. Now we are choosing whether to pay tuition or mortgage. The phone calls come in numbers of 6-10 per day. I no longer have to set my kids alarms because the phone will ring at 8:07 every morning and does not stop until 9:00 at night. We even have our kids trained that if there is any hesitation when you answer the phone to simply hang-up.
