Took money out of my account with out my premerssion and i put stop payment and they changed the amount for a machine that does not work

I leased a credit card machine thru intermoutain business connection. It broke then when i called him he was not in business and now i found out they sold it to lease finance group. And i have had a non working machine for like 11 months. They take money out of my checking account with out my premerssion. I put stop payment and they change the amount. They call 20 times a day no joke, playing music
