Took 2000 of me for report on property i was buying, then said i never gave it to them. Poole Dorset

The general finance centre or (GFC) is a mortgage broker in the uk. It has been operating for a number of years now. Its speciality is commercial loans but it does claim to provide or arrange various types of loans.
I was looking to buy a shop so i searched on the internet for a loan provider " BIG MISTAKE", it was one of the first companies that popped up on google search so i presumed it would be one of the best how wrong i was.

I filled in there quick enquiry form and was contacted by telephone within seconds and the voice behind the phone was so reassuring and warm. Somebody came to see me the following morning at 9am sharp i was amazed, this guy travelled over 200 miles now i know why.
I filled in there application form and gave the usual documentation that goes with it. Then the guy asked for initial fee of 1200 which i payed by credit card and was told is non refundable. The guy said they could get the loan within days how wrong i was.

2 months had passed and the company asked for another 2000 for a report on the shop which i unwillingly gave. Again they were so nice at this point the second time in two monts and the last.

Another 5 weeks went by i was on the phone every second day asking this company if they had found a loan but to no avail. Then another 2 weeks later they phoned me and told me they cannot find a loan. So i asked for my 2000 back and the company said i never gave them it they denied it. I told them the person i gave it to and the said to me that person does not work here anymore.

This company is very bad and every sane person should stay well clear, they are moner grabbing crooks to say the least.
