Online "Collateral Loan" Scam, Company takes money as "security payment" Took $1771.00 and dissappeared!

I was contacted by Senior loan consultant (Evelyn Scott) who may or may not exist and she offered a $5000 loan @ 6% interest to be paid off in 2 years.
I was told due to my less than perfect credit score and situation I would need $885 security payment to secure the loan and was told to pay it up front through Western Union or Moneygram.

After I did this it was to be guaranteed into my account the following day. When it did not appear, I was called and told that they needed an addtional $885 security payment I sent that in also and was told by the "Vice President" of the company that the lender backed out at the last minute and my money would be refunded June 17th with the next billing cycle.

Today is that day and now there are umpteen reports of this company being frauds and scam artists on the internet and of course I do not have my refunded money.
