My Factoring Company is Trying to Destroy Me!

When my comapany started bussines with CJM, everything was fine. As time went by insted of them offering me better deals since my company has been a loyal customer, they only tried to put me down. New people would come and get lower interest than my company.
Soon they started to transfer my money arround withouth my approval. Everyone knows when you open a bank account that no one can access that money unless you make it otherwise. When I confronted them about that they said that some has called in and said to take some money and put it in a different accnt. Thats when I wanted to go ahead and break my contract with them.
Everything seemed fine I had another factoring comoany lined up and I asked CJM for some number figures they wouldn't release those to me. After I called a few times they have called the cops on me and I couldnt even contact them anymore at all. All I am saying is that they are trying to shut me down just beacuse I wanted their services and not their tricks.
