Customer service is awful

I've been provided wrong info from my banks customer support repeatedly after which the supervisor calls to inform me my bill in damaging. Not just does she inform me a particular check didn't proceed thru when actually it did, I'm additionally billed large costs. That is completely absurd. I've no-confidence within this lender whatsoever. I've named the financial institution before and there response-time is hours. I'm sorry I went with this specific lender.
