Ripoff catalog company they don't tell you won't get your money back

I thought i was getting a credit card, i did get a card, but i didn't want a catolog card. They're expensive, anyway. So i sent every thing back to them, under there, "no reason guarentee, " in aug 02. I'm still waiting for my money. I reported them to the better business bureau. There's nothing they can do. You can't never talk to a person. They are impossible to contact. After they cash your check that is!
