Ripoff liars deceptive company

3 times we have tried to refi our home, but these a holes keep jerking the title co around and give a payoff $15,0000. Higer than my orig loan. I have paid in excess of 100 thousand dollars in interest to this mafia loan company for the past 5 years and my loan is "crammed" with excess fees.

One person there tells me "we overcharged you for late fees, don't worry about it i'll email my supervisor".. Well never happened. Bait and switch tactics all over the place. If your loan is in fla. Call dept of banink and finance at 850-410-9370. I just got off the phone with them and they are sending me a form to fill out.

When i asked about the number of complainys they have had reported on homeq/the money store/tms mortgage, he said it was upwards of over 100 already.

Good luck. Also there is a class action being filed against these weasels in the southern dist of new york from what i hear, so call a lawyer and ask him about this action as well..
