Improper delay in settlement, lies and promises... No checks

This complaint is against Liberty Mutual, for the Improper delay in the settlement of my fire loss claim. I have been compliant in all of their requests, provided all the documents requested and yet they refuse to abide by their policy contract and help me recover from the loss of my home due to a fire on 03-01-08, firemen believed it to be an electrical fire.
Liberty Mutual agents Carol Bissonette and Jason Karasinski get sent to investigate and advised me at the examination under oath on May 28th that I would need to sign an authorization release form for them to check my credit card purchases for the last 2 years. It is now been about a month and still no form has been mailed to me, I contacted them to send it in a timely manner and they refused. I complained to them about their dismissive attitudes, failure to respond to calls and rarely responding to emails. Carol calls me a few days later to assure me that they sent out a check that was approved for me on Monday June 9th and when the mail arrived on Thursday the 12th, post marked June 9th, it was not a check, but a legal disclaimer stating that Liberty Mutual is not responsible for what their own agents and brokers say.

Please investigate this Insurance Company, Liberty Mutual for the numerous Improper delays in the settlement of my claim. I have recently been admitted into the emergency room for horrible stomach pains that have doubled me over in cold sweat for almost a month now. Turns out I have a peptic Ulcer due to the crippling stress Im undergoing with no help in sight. I feel like Im dealing with an organized crime syndicate rather than an insurance company. There are 160 people ripped off by Liberty Mutual who have complained in the last 3 years at the Better Business Bureau, including the United States Government, for criminal behaviorbelow is the BBB complaint to show the type of underhanded people Im being victimized by.

New York Attorney General vs. Liberty Mutual Group On May 05 the New York Attorney General's office and the Connecticut Attorney's General Office filed a lawsuit against Liberty Mutual Group alleging that the firm participated in a bid-rigging scheme. The lawsuit alleges that the company made payoffs to insurance brokers to send their clients to Liberty Mutual and the lawsuit alleges that Liberty Mutual rigged bids for excess casualty insurance. The lawsuit seeks discharge of Liberty Mutual profits associated with the allegations, restitution to policy holders, and damages.

My home is gone, my policy was up to date and my mortgage payments were current. I dont understand why they are causing unneeded pain and suffering to a family that just lost everything.
