They were so unorganized hat they couldn't get back to me when I had full appraisal, there need to reparations Des Moines Iowa

I have been trying to sell my condo for quite some time. I had full appraisal offer from a viable buyer and ASC completely dropped the ball. They could not even get my Realtor Co and answer, returned calls - they were basically giving us a run around. They were very unorganized to say the least. I have already delayed foreclosure once in hopes that I could finalize this, however thay have not been even the least bit helpful. Now I have a foreclosure date set for July 10 and I am just frustrated because all of this could have been avoided. What is being done to compnaies like this. My credit should not be hurt because of there negeligence. I would be interested any kind of action that would help my cause.
