CCS automated harassment using a wrong phone numbe

After receiving phone calls from a CCS representative, we began receiving automated harassment calls several times each week. We are not in any debt and have zero credit issues in our history.

What appears to have happened is that the "warm body" with whom I spoke has put our unlisted phone number into a CCS database to initiate the automated harassment - all based on my reply that I knew the person they were looking for. Essentially, they are trying to put the burden of collecting another's debt on us.

What legal recourse do we have? I am preparing invoices to bill CCS for the time that I waste having to deal with their harassment. Then, if they do not pay them, I am considering a small-claims court action.

Who would I address these invoices to? As a privately held company, it is more difficult to learn their structure than if they were publicly held.
