King Soopers Grocery Store
Carolyn of King Soopers refuses to give my son his paycheck because his photo id has not arrived. It has been weeks now. What I don't understand, is why he received his first paycheck, but then can not have subsequent checks

What is the law?
My son received his first paycheck without a photo id. However, he is unable to receive subsequent checks for work he has completed. Is that legal?
