I too was a victim of 31.98 [twice now] and 19.95 for services i never asked for. Its all fraudulent. Two different id theft places. Never again will i try to get a fast pay day loan off the internet as they turn you down and obviously reroute your info to these id theft scams. Next thing you know, your bank account is being sucked dry.
