Rip off scam dirt bags took money from dissabled son miami florida

In july they took it upon themselves to take money from my dissabled son and my savings account.

When i went to get money out to pay my bills my account had been debited 1pymt. For $59.95 and 1 for $99.95.

I immediately called them to tell them that i had not approved of this that i was payee representative for my son and that if he approved that he could not do that.

That he could not even take out this money.

They told me to mail back package when it arrived and they would refund in 10-14 days.

This didnt happen.

I called back they said they did not receive package to send receipt where i mailed it.

They also said policy had changed it would now take 30 days.

To make a long story short we still have not received anything from them and today is dec. 1st.

There ha s got to be a law against this.
