So called Lending Company called to inform me of my 15K loan approval

This company called to inform me of a 15K business loan approval. The loan officer left me a voicemail to call back. I called back he infomed me of the loan approval and faxed me my 6 page document of which one page was blank.

Their first mistake they made with me was that I had a bkrupt on my credit report and no one is going to approve a loan of any kind without first receiving a copy of your discharge papers to say to fullfilled your bkrupt... They did not ask me for any of that.

From there I called and spoke with customer service, who could not give me any informaiton over the phone, I continued to ask questions until this guy really got rude with me, so I hung up.

I had a relative to call to ask questions and they questioned him how did he get the number because where ever you picked them up on the internet they did not offer a phone number... They hung up in my relatives face then called back to apoligize.

They told me I applied on the 4th of June and had called me by the 9th of June. On the 10th of June I had them to fax the information to my attorney's office.

My attorney pulled up the site and did not feel good about it because and the fact there was no promisary note and othr small details that a financial institution would require and Parkwood Lending did not offer contact information such as phone numbers etc... On the site.

I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau in Florida and they just listed themselves June 4. The did not register the business, just listed the business name and location. So this scam business has been busy for the month of June.
