Scam, secured loan, sent money, never got the loan

I applied online for a secured loan, Parkwood Lending Group contacted me. I spoke with Loan consultant, Lauren Steadman. She told me that I was approved for a 8000.00 secured loan. All I needed to do was send the deposit to secure it, the sum of 1080.00. I was so excited & relieved to be getting out of debt, I sent it by Money Gram, the address was in Canada. I spoke with Lauren Steadman later that day, she assured me that the loan would be wired into my account by 5:00pm the next day. The next morning I got a call from a Stanley Moore in customer service, he told me that the lender needed another deposit of 1080.00 because of the insurance company. I told him that I did'nt have the money. He said to call back on Monday June 23rd to let him know if I came up with it. I called this morning to say I wanted a refund of my money which he offered. The phone number is not working properly I can't get through to anyone. I now know I was SCAMMED, I will never see that money again. They also have all my personal information, ssn, checking acct # all of it. I went to the bank this morning & closed my checking account. I also called social security to tell them what happened so my # can be monitored. These people are pros, PLEASE don't fall for the same thing I did. You will end up in a worse place than you are now If anyone has any info on how we can get these bastards please write a comment. I will ck this site often to see. I wish I had read this site sooner. I would not be out the money.
