Letter of credit denial i did not apply for

I received a letter from HSBC Bank that I was denied credit for some company or store called "RZMC.com" I have no idea what this all about as I did not and would not have applied to HSBC for a dog bone to start out with.
The operator on the phone number I called was more confused than me, they did not include a phone number so I found it on the web, once I called they said I must be wrong, well I hold their letter in my hand?
I check my credit inquirers, and there is a HSBC there! So some one check my credit out, but not me.
I just bought new computors at Best Buy, could they have pulled a fast one?
I will find out if I have to drive down there my self and hunt them down.
