I had an account with them since 1998, i have never been late or anything to have them increase my apr 6.00% more. So my only choice was to close the account. I had asked several times to lower my apr but they claimed the contract was at the reguided 23.99%. Now from what i understand they have given us to some other credit card to pay them. Is this legal?
